Anyone else have a tough time knowing what to do with plain old ground turkey?! That’s ya girl over here. Can definitely be bland, but not if you have a great way to spice it up a little and this recipe does just that. Ground turky is SO versatile and I think this recipe really shows a classic way to use it but packs a yummy punch.
When I think of a dish that EVERYONE loves, it’s these turkey meatballs. Juicy, a little veggies snuck in there and most importantly, such an easy and quick nutritious meal to make. The perfect week night dinner for the whole fam! Seriously, these are my number one requested at home for a homecooked dinner or serving a crowd. Quick and easy, not to mention perfect for a picky eater.
You can enjoy these with pasta, tomato sauce, pesto, veggies, or even on their own THAT is how good they are.

My preferred way to make this is on the stovetop, but if you want to pop them in the oven and go that is a great option as well! Place meatballs in a 400 F oven for 18-22 min or until the internal temperature reaches 165F.
If you want to swap out for any other ground meat you have on hand ground chicken, beef or even lamb would be good options as well. Just notice how those meatballs are forming together you may need a little more or a little less more oats.
Meatballs should be cooled and stored in the fridge in an airtight container. Can stay in fridge for up to 3-4 and in freezer for 3-4 months.
