I know it isn’t anywhere CLOSE to the holiday season, but I have been in a baking mood! One thing that has been tough living with someone who can’t have gluten is baked goods that still taste like baked goods even if they don’t have gluten. And then no dairy on top of that? Almost impossible.
But my friends I have made the impossible possible! THE best chocolate chip cookies I have ever had and YES they are gluten free AND dairy free. Not just that, but these are those kind of chocolate chip cookies with crispy edges and a gooey soft center AKA the best kind of chocolate chip cookies. So happy to share these with you so anyone in your life who may have some food allergies or sensitivities can enjoy too!

Pretty simple for a dough right? For this recipe I would not suggest many if at all any subs. Flax eggs could lead to a more dry texture, coconut oil will get rid of the chewiness and milk chocolate is just a bit too sweet. Try it first and see what you think!
